My recent podium finish at Duathlon Nationals in Richmond, VI where I toughed out a 3rd place finish over some great runners. My nutrition was finally on track to have a good second run, thanks to some help with First Endurance.

This is me riding my BMC 4-Stroke 01 on the flume trail during the 2007 Xterra National Championships in Lake Tahoe, Nevada. I finishing seconds off of Seth Wealing (2006 National Champion) to finish 6th overall and the 3rd place American.
