Thank you for checking in to see what's new with me. I'm trying to stay a bit more up to date, so I will try to give you the opportunity to stay in touch with me and what I've been up to.

At present, my site is still under construction. I am making an effort to bring you some actual content for 2009 as soon as possible. At this point I can tell you I will focus on making sure you know more about my race schedule, finishes, and training mishaps.  Additionally, I am going to try and provide some great triathlon info for you to learn from.  This topic should interest you and help you acheive your athletic goals more quickly.
